Summary:
The law establishes the general norms that regulate the public education service, in compliance with the principles provided in the Constitution of Colombia on right to education, and freedom of research, learning, and teaching.
Description:
For the purposes of FULL, the law foresees that:
- The educational system seeks, inter alia, to provide training for the promotion and protection of health and hygiene (Art. 5).
- One of the objectives of preschool education is to promote healthy eating and hygiene habits (Art. 16).
