Description:
The law foresees that it is the responsibility of the districts and municipalities to guarantee food catering service for the students of their jurisdiction. For this purpose, they allocate 0.5% of the resources of the General Participation System [Sistema General de Participaciones] (Art. 2 and 76.17).
