This article foresees that:
- “Every person has the right to nutritious, sufficient, and quality food. The State will guarantee it.” (Art. 4.3)
- “Every person has the right to health protection. The law will define the basis and modalities for accessing health services and will establish the joint responsibilities of the Federation and the federal entities in matters of general health, in accordance with what is stipulated in section XVI of article 73 of this Constitution […]” (Art. 4.4)
